Who are we?
Hey there 👋 We're Mark Barbir and Sanden Gocka, the co-founders behind Earmark. We're product people in the trenches, juggling priorities, fighting distractions, and trying (often unsuccessfully) to focus on what actually matters.

Why did we build Earmark?
Honestly, we built Earmark because we desperately needed it ourselves. We wanted a way to cut through the noise and chaos of our workdays—not just during meetings, but in all the moments in between. Earmark is our solution: an AI copresence that supports you in real-time, proactively surfacing crucial insights, guiding your decisions, and helping you manage your day effectively, so you can spend your time doing work that truly makes a difference.
